verantwoordelijke verpakking – 2-ploegen (regio meulebeke) Functieomschrijving Packaging Supervisor – 2 Shifts (Region Meulebeke) FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Job Description For a production company in the Meulebeke region, we are looking for a Packaging Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and high-quality packaging process. You will combine organization, follow-up, and team coordination. Your responsibilities include: - Starting up, monitoring, and adjusting the packaging process. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations. - Supervising, supporting, and guiding the packaging team. - Identifying and resolving operational issues and contributing to process improvements. - Reporting progress and potential bottlenecks to the production manager. - Checking packaging orders and supporting communication between production planning and finished goods storage. - Further implementing and rolling out the MES and ERP systems on the packaging floor. PROFILE We are looking for a candidate who: - Has experience in a production environment (experience in the food industry is a plus). - Is motivated, flexible, and hands-on. - Has technical insight and team leadership skills. - Has a good command of English. - Is willing to work in a 2-shift system. - Has good computer skills.
